(To taste) | Dr. Konstantin Frank Célèbre Rosé (or any Finger Lakes bubbly Rosé) |
1 slice | lemon for garnish |
For the simple syrup:

1 cup | white sugar |
Directions
- In a shaker with ice, combine gin, lemon juice, and simply syrup and shake
- Pour into a champagne flute and top off with sparkling rose
- Add a lemon slice for garnish
Simple Syrup Instructions
In a small saucepan add water and sugar and bring to a boil stirring until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
After simmering, remove from the heat and let the syrup sit for 30 minutes and store in a container easy to seal and serve from.
Simple syrup stays good for around 30 days with refrigeration.
