At Toast Winery we are committed to making quality premium wines reflecting the unique terroir of the Finger Lakes and New York region we are blessed with. Located on the West side of Seneca Lake just five miles north of Watkins Glen, our name refers to the tradition of toasting wine barrels which enhance the character and flavors imparted to wine during the aging process.
