Their farming philosophy is simple... the more you work with Mother Nature, the
more successful you will be in the long run, and that's what we try to do
with our crops and our animals, as much as our location and facilities
allow.

They offer farm-raised, certified organic beef, pork, veal, hand-made artisan cheeses (16 varieties), butter (when available), potatoes and onions.

Cheese is made with milk at a certified organic facility in PA. Each batch is made by hand.

No chemicals are used on their land, or in their processing. Their products are certified organic from the ground the plants and animals are raised on, right through the processing facilities.
