The Farmhouse has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen and dining room with amenities for even the largest holiday meals. The master bedroom has a full attached bathroom with shower. The guest bath, which has a tub and shower, serves the rest of the house. Bath sheets and wash cloths will be supplied for guests during their stay.
All bedrooms are outfitted with queen sized pillow-top beds with 100% cotton sheets and four down alternative pillows that will satisfy either the stomach or back/side sleeper. Windows in each bedroom are fitted with blinds/curtains that will cut morning or evening light for a comfortable sleep.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances and utensils to prepare even the most complex meals. And serve a group of up to 16. Equipped with a gas range and microwave oven, along with a set of top quality cutlery and cookware, even a Thanksgiving meal could easily be accomplished.
After your meal, sit and relax in our living room with a game table, small library and a 32" HDTV with DVD player. Enough room for the whole crew and then some.

The house includes full access to a yard and fire pit with gorgeous views of Seneca Lake and the Fulkerson Vineyards. Vacationers also receive complimentary tastings at the Winery as well as a complimentary Vineyard Tour for up to 10 People (during tour operating dates).
